Biography

Jiayang Liu (born 2004) is a Chinese-American film director, screenwriter, cinematographer, and editor. He was born in Beijing, China, and moved to the US when he was 7. Growing up in Maryland, Jiayang developed an interest in filmmaking at the age of 11. He is known for his critically acclaimed films such as The Reunion (2020), Blue Dusk (2021), and The Summer Field (2021).
