Actor Barry Keoghan (Eternals) was attacked in Galway, Ireland, leaving him with severe facial injuries, according to media reports. He was rushed to hospital by ambulance, where he was treated for injuries, including cuts to his face, before being released.
Local police briefed on the case, saying no arrests had been made and the incident was under investigation. Barry Keoghan has yet to respond to the incident.
Barry Keoghan made headlines in 2013 when he starred in the Ireland TV series Love/Hate, He has since been seen in films such as "Dunkerque," "The Killing of a Sacred Deer," "Chernobyl" and "The Green Knight." He also played Druig in The ongoing Marvel movie "Eternals."
