After "Manifest" was cancelled, NBC has also cancelled the renewal of the fifth season of "Good Girl". The show will play the remaining 5 episodes before July, and then the fourth season will end.

Everyone hopes that the TV station and the producer can find a way to shoot another season and tell the story thoroughly, but they encounter financial difficulties and there is no good way to do it in a short period of time. The emergency plan broadcast on the Netflix platform was also unsuccessful.

Universal Television will not sell the series to other companies, even though Netflix has expressed interest in the series. Earlier this year, the show had the highest streaming ratings.

The show is wholly owned by NBC and has always been a medium-scale live show, but it is NBC's second largest series on the digital platform. NBC has also reached a lucrative co-production/international distribution agreement with Netflix. The agreement was signed during the pilot stage of the show.

Due to the Netflix agreement, global streaming is the only viable option for the series in the future. According to reports, Universal Television has drawn up a potential budget if the series continues to be broadcast on NBC. If NBC does not continue to broadcast, Universal Television will conduct an analysis to see if the series can only be broadcast under the existing transaction structure. Stay on Netflix.
