The moon hits the earth! Emmerich disaster film The Moon Falls

The day after tomorrow and Independence Day director Roland Emmerich’s new disaster-themed film The Fall of the Moon recently released its first trailer, accompanied by Kennedy’s famous speech We Choose to Go to the Moon 60 years ago to promote the Apollo moon landing plan. In the background sound, the film focuses on a human catastrophe that the moon is about to hit the earth in 2022. The trailer also unveils the mystery of the film, exposing many magnificent disaster scenes in the film.

The Fall of the Moon starring Halle Berry, Patrick Wilson, John C. Bradley, etc., and Chinese actor Yu Wenwen also joined the cast. The story of the movie tells the story of an aerospace team composed of failed people who went to the moon to uncover the secret of the moon's deviated orbit, and confronted the mysterious force to save the earth from the disaster of extinction. At the end of the trailer, an image of alien creatures appears to be suspected, triggering an association with this mysterious force.

It is reported that the investment cost of this film is about 140 million U.S. dollars, and it will be the first cinema market blockbuster in North America next year. According to the filmmaker, Moonfall  is the beginning of a legendary story and opened a fan for an epic adventure. Door, perhaps in 2024 will shoot the sequel The Fall of Mars.

Currently, Moonfall is scheduled to be screened in theaters in North America, the United Kingdom and Australia on February 4, 2022.
