Presented with a twist to the way most people approach a healthy diet and weight loss that will be an enjoyable eye opener for all who view this documentary. Listed in ten, easy to apply, methods that can be applied to your daily life. Some methods seem obvious, like move rather than sit. Walk the stairs, jog in place, and choose healthy foods. Probably the biggest problem is not paying attention to the amount of calories one eats in a day. Maybe something unknown; a glass of water mixed in a blender with your chicken, potatoes, and peas to create a thick soup will keep you feeling fuller for longer than eating them separate with the glass of water on the side. Eat your protein for breakfast and you will eat less at lunch. Enjoy your eggs with a side of beans!
