Simran gets Ranjeet arrested for crimes. Ranjeet escapes, but returns in disguise to visit Simran. Unaware of the identify of his visitor, Simran informs Sumeet, who organizes a party. However the event results in a fight between Sumeet and Ranjeet, whose identity is exposed. He kidnaps Sumeet and demands ransom, but winds up killing him by accident.
