A young girl, named Katriin, is a book lover who is inspired by mythological creatures. One summer, at her grandparents' home in the countryside, mystical things begin to happen at night. Suddenly, all the mythological creatures she has read about take form. What a great opportunity to get to know them better, isn't it? But you never know whether a new acquaintance will be a friend or an enemy.
