Bongo, an alcoholic clown is working at a business party making balloon hats, when he is criticized the entire night for his "unprofessional" profession. He makes eye contact with a mysterious girl across the room named Ashley, who shows clear interest in him. When she makes her way over to talk to him at his stand she turns out to be the worst of them all, sending Bongo past his breaking point.
