Simply Perfect

It's not great by any means, but it's a pretty good movie that didn't leave me filled with regret for investing time in it.

All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.

An old-fashioned movie made with new-fashioned finesse.

Beer will never taste the same.....a very creative, fun and insightful look at Germany thru the lens of a large beer stein. Matt took us on a unexpected road trip thru Germany finding many colorful characters and unusual spots.. He deserves an award just for the vast amount of beer he must have consumed during filming.The transitions between scenes were very well done with creative use of multimedia.Visiting different regions gave good travel feel. Very funny having his parents visit.....and the inspiration for his journey. Also enjoyed a the historical references.
