Although it has its amusing moments, in eneral the plot does not convince.
View MoreThis is ultimately a movie about the very bad things that can happen when we don't address our unease, when we just try to brush it off, whether that's to fit in or to preserve our self-image.
View MoreThe movie's not perfect, but it sticks the landing of its message. It was engaging - thrilling at times - and I personally thought it was a great time.
View MoreAn old-fashioned movie made with new-fashioned finesse.
View MoreThis is a direct sequel to the well produced seminal movie Keitai Kareshi. The story's premise is almost a direct copy of Keitai Kareshi except that the phone date this time is a girl who's linked to a girl (that's still alive) named Erika. This movie is a typical case of sequels not being as good as the original. The crisp story telling of the original is gone in this movie. Also the visuals are not as clean. There was something exciting about the whole story in first installment, but this one just sloggs its way through the status quo. This is an inferior copy of the original, and is not recommended for viewing.
