Tied for the best movie I have ever seen

Although it has its amusing moments, in eneral the plot does not convince.

a film so unique, intoxicating and bizarre that it not only demands another viewing, but is also forgivable as a satirical comedy where the jokes eventually take the back seat.

The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one

Holy Crap this movie was bad... main character falls in love with a certified A-1 a-hole who does a 180 in 20 seconds... there is non-stop music... not much to do about Christmas, either, except for a random date the house needs to be sold by... no real chemistry between the two main characters... they throw in sexual assault for good measure... if it comes on, run for the hills... only redeeming value is the movie has a dog in it.

Here's the thing: I'm usually a big fan of romance movies, and especially Christmas movies...but this one has a lot of problems. First of all, Hunter (who is our Beast figure in this Beauty and the Beast retelling) does a complete character change out of nowhere. For the first few days he is super rude to everyone, then our Mrs. Potts character has a chat with him and all of a sudden he's head over heels in love with this random girl he met a few days before. I'm sorry, but no. Also, the cheesiness is unbelievable in this movie, including the two lovebirds walking outside, one of them trips (I still don't understand how?) and falls on top of the other one and they stare at each other longingly before getting embarrassed and standing up. Also, the music is super dramatic for a movie with almost no real drama and it is very loud and distracting. Also, the Gaston figure in the movie is just ridiculously unrealistic and honestly, pretty useless to the romantic plot. Overall, this movie drove me crazy, but I will say that I honestly wasn't expecting Hunter to propose to Belle A FEW DAYS after they met.

I have watched a few Christmas films, but Fairytale Christmas (Belle) is by far my favorite. Haylie Duff and Nicholas Gonzalez are great. Will be looking out for more films of them. I hope more are on the acting role. Love them both. Thank you, I loved this. I think Nicholas is a great actor, also Haylie. I have recorded it so can watch it as often as I want. Best Wishes to them both. ☺ I must admit I did not know the actor and actress until watching Fairytale Christmas but I will be waiting for more films. Please keep up filming. 😊 I have seen Haylie in another Christmas film. I have learnt more from Google about them. Very impressed. I love holiday romance movies. This one was a disappointment. It was so formulaic that I called out the next action before it happened. The actors were interesting and the boys are pretty. The scenery was gorgeous. The music was the typical holiday romance music, but rather than enhancing the romance, it seemed to try and replace what was missing in the story and rather distracting. A tighter script with fewer distracting side stories and better editing could have made this one I'd want to watch every year. Also, better character development would have been helpful for the lead and the anti-hero guy who was nothing more than an annoying plot point (despite the pretty).
