It's Christmas time in Tallahassee, and the employees of the Blue Skies Nuclear Power plant are gearing up for the best holiday party ever. However, after a reactor meltdown, and total evacuation, they'll soon find out that the woods this year aren't exactly filled with Holiday Cheer.

That was an excellent one.

Sexyloutak

Absolutely the worst movie.

Siflutter

It's easily one of the freshest, sharpest and most enjoyable films of this year.

The tone of this movie is interesting -- the stakes are both dramatic and high, but it's balanced with a lot of fun, tongue and cheek dialogue.

The zombie apocalypse is breaking out and this time it's more inconvenient than usual since it's happening at Christmas - just think of all that money wasted on presents that will never be opened . A desperate group of humans run through some dark woodland with the flesh eating zombies right behind them This is a strange mixture of good and bad . It's low budget but the directors don't let that bother them as they concentrate on conveying the end of humanity through sound . You don't see much but you can certainly buy in to the fall of Mankind down to what's happening offscreen with explosions , desperate screams and other sound effects , It also has a very clever trick where we see two points of view , one the human one here the zombies are terrifying and the other one where the humans are terrifying What doesn't work is the appearance right at the end is a creature that doesn't make much sense and I was confused what it was supposed to be . DARK TIMES also suffers greatly from feeling like it was a segment from a feature length film and once again it's a short with a cynical air that screams " give us a wad of money to make a ninety minute film " which means despite having a good central idea it doesn't really come across as being more than average
