n my opinion it was a great movie with some interesting elements, even though having some plot holes and the ending probably was just too messy and crammed together, but still fun to watch and not your casual movie that is similar to all other ones.

Good films always raise compelling questions, whether the format is fiction or documentary fact.

One of the most extraordinary films you will see this year. Take that as you want.

The first must-see film of the year.

I loaned this from the library because it was referred to a few years ago in a tv news magazine as one of several faith-based films to anticipate. I hadn't heard about its release, so when I saw it at the library, I got it. I turned it on that weekend. I made it through five minutes before I had to turn it off. Had to. I told my kids about that and they decided to watch it themselves just to see how bad it could be. The night they did, I heard these uproarious blasts of laughter, and they finally came upstairs to tell me I had to watch "this one part." Reluctantly, I did. And I ended up watching a bit more, joining them in their laughter--it was so awfully made. My son asked my recently what the worst movie I ever saw was and I couldn't think of any one film.Until now. This film could have been salvaged, perhaps, if they had added a cooky musical score and remarketed it as a comedy in the tradition of Monty Python.

Any positive review in regards to this movie, is either part of the cast, or was paid to make a false review, its that simple.Costumes were made by a 8 year old with one eye.The mirror effects to make it look like their were more hired actors was off the charts bad, like you cannot believe your own eyes.Goliath was this tub of lard with a poor dental plan, as well as attitude. You know what, I could keep going on.. I'm done wasting another second........

Such an important story and so badly done. I'm not sure if some of the Pythonesque scripting was intentional or it just came out that way. In one scene, David, a pale, fair-haired boy gives away his father's sheep and asks the recipient to look after them. "No worries," he says as he wanders off. Other scintillating dialogue includes "...and my name is David. I hate it when people call me shepherd boy." Princess Michal is similarly fair but has particularly blonde hair. Goliath has a strange robotic/cartoonish voice and seems to have an intellectual disability. The opposing armies also have a Tony Robinson/Baldrick character which undermines the main story. It's worth a look just to laugh and point, but it doeds let-down an important story.

This is without a doubt has to be one of the worst movies ever made. Acting I would give a possible 3/10. The editing is horrible where they try to make an army look large with maybe 100 actors in soldier gear. You constantly see the same soldier run past multiple times. -1\10 for editing. Most of it looked like it was shot with a cellphone where it looked like they just used natural lighting. The story of course is a 10/10 because its from the Bible, the script though is very choppy. Very low budget movie attempting to be something it cannot possibly achieve. Eddie Wood would be proud. Read the book. Much better. There has not been a decent Biblical movie since 10 Commandments.
