A different way of telling a story

This story has more twists and turns than a second-rate soap opera.

This movie tries so hard to be funny, yet it falls flat every time. Just another example of recycled ideas repackaged with women in an attempt to appeal to a certain audience.

It is hard to believe that this films comes from Ram Gopal Verma who has previously directed great films like Satya, Shiva and Rangeela. In this film he even managed to be get the worst ever performance from Amitab Bacchan. I have wasted nearly 3 hours of my life that I will never get back now, watching this film . Mr Ram Gopal Verma should serious think of a career change - How about starting a chain of tea stalls on bicycles. The only reason I have given it 1 rating is because IMDb won't allow any lower it actually deserves a -10. If you were to pick 10 students from your college who have never acted before I'm sure they will do a better job than the actors in this film.

RGV is a force to reckon in Hindi movies, but this movie is a bummer, the likes of 'Darna Mana Hai" from his Camp. The script is bad and loose. The worst camera work of any movie. If the directors idea is to convey the thinking process or a controversy, you do that with the script, not the vertigo generating and going in circle camera work as in the Hospital scene. The action which seems to come at a regular interval is expected in a picture dealing with underworld, but the item dances also seem to come at a regular interval, with Sanjay Dutt's character, avraciously indulging in the dancing to the underworld tunes! Amitab Bachchan, looks aged, and for an actor of his caliber, this part is a cheescake. There is nothing in this movie that has a stamp of the famous RGV banner. It is too drawn out with repetitous and boring conversations. Not worth the expectation and clear disapppintment. The camera guy should find a day job for the sake of the Industry.

This one is an atrocious version of a decent movie 'Shagird'. Based on gang wars, Ram Gopal Verma comes up with another story.Full of spoilers, so you can save your time..Sanjay aka Bhosle is a cop known to assassinate the underworld on duty but is not allowed to do so officially, so he with Rana Daggubati aka Shivnarayan forms an internal cop department. Then we see Vijay Raaz as one of the gangsters and Madhu Shalini under him who manipulates his guy to fight against Vijay and form their own gang. Meet AB, a gangster turned politician who manipulates the entire system. Rana chooses to be under AB and Sanjay chooses Gauri (another gangster which is never to be seen). Ab manipulates Rana well and makes him believe Sanjay is against him and Rana goes ahead to eliminate him. The last scene looks promising when Gauri calls and Rana sitting near AB says I look forward to join you ! This is where you get reminded of Shagird.Sanjay Dutt looks impassionate, AB's a powerful politician, Madhu Shalini impresses but its Rana Daggubati who steals the show in this one. Rest of the characters need not be mentioned.Looks like RGV is totally out of stories, remakes and updates is all he has left. Not recommended.

Truly groundbreaking film if you can tolerate the crazy camera-work. Shot with Canon EOS 5D SLR's featuring some of the oddest camera angles you will never experience from pursuing your own life. Almost turns the world upside down - even the action contains some kind of inner strength trying to escape. If absolute power corrupts absolutely then the real education of this film is the twisting nature of corruption as it rises to the top.Ignore the critical reviews - this isn't a typical Bollywood movie, except for the soundtrack. More art-house meets Matrix with an impenetrable logic. Enjoy..
