Memorable, crazy movie
Best movie ever!
Blending excellent reporting and strong storytelling, this is a disturbing film truly stranger than fiction
View MoreAmazing worth wacthing. So good. Biased but well made with many good points.
View Moresuperstar fails once again.. there is no logic even in a single scene of the film.. the film based on the fact that mahesh babu is a god.. there is a poor story in the film.. it remains me the film shakthi by jr.ntr. even in that movie he sentenced that he is a godly warrior. but being a normal cop mahesh babu is fighting with infinte goons and he didn't get even a small scratch at him.. there is no match between mahesh and samantha though samantha is gorgeous.. there is many twists in this movie and those twists are awful, irritating and poisonous. though i am a fan of mahesh babu i could not sit in the theatre after the 30 minutes of the start of the movie.. brahmanandam has once again rocked with his comedy.. only his comedy is good in this movie.. shayaji shinde is getting the same role in all the movies.. even the songs are poor.watch it once if you are a die-hard mahesh babu fan.
View MoreI Went To this Movie With Lot Of Expectations... All My Expectation Had Just Gone In Vain...I Donno In What Way Critics Are Rating This Movie...I Just Found Glimpses Of Comedy And Most Of The Part If Was A Family Movie Dhookudu Is Just An Average Flick.Plus: Mahesh Babu, Fights, Samantha, Brahmmi And M.S.Narayana, DAILOGUESMinus: Lack Of Over All Comedy in A Comedy Flick, Slow Pace Of Movie, Could Have Been Shortened.....I Go With 5 out of 10 For Sreenu Vaitla's Dhookudu...
View MoreIt was a boring, draggy, potpourri of movies which would never end. But still, it had its brilliant moments which makes the movie work. More than being a Mahesh's film, it had Srinu Vytla written all over it. Mahesh just helped it reach the pinnacle. Bramhanadam and M. S. Naryana's video clips shall be on almost everyone's facebook pages in the near future. Actually, its not Mahesh, but them who make the movie reach its pinnacle. Better editing and screenplay could have helped. On the whole, a decent film. Could have been much better, but with the recent dearth of good Telugu films, this movie is something most of us can feast on (count me out!!). View MoreShankar Narayan (Prakash Raj) is a political leader and a man of masses. He wants his son Ajay (Mahesh Babu) to become a political leader. Shankar Narayan is hurt in an accident and goes into coma. Meanwhile Ajay grows up and goes onto become an aggressive cop. And suddenly Shankar Narayan comes out of coma. The rest of the story is all about how Ajay manages to keep the changes under wrap for his father, and takes revenge on the villains at the same time with some unconventional ploys.Mahesh Babu proved himself again that he is a director's actor. He has a big heart to allow Brahmanandam to take center stage for a few minutes, though it is Mahesh who creates such situations. One should have a flair to time the comedy of Seenu Vytla and Mahesh does it effortlessly. Mahesh is one of the comedians when he is with Brahmanandam and MS Narayana. Mahesh Babu has also excelled in dialogue delivery by mixing Telangana accent in villain confrontation scenes. Mahesh Babu's trade mark teasing romance works big time in Turkey episodes. You see Mahesh being cheerful and smiling in most of the parts of the film.Highlights:Mahesh Babu's performance Brahmi, M S Narayana comedy First half Last 40mins Parvathi Melton's item song Vaitla Comedy timing StoryDrawbacks:Villain Characterizations MLA get up Mahesh Babu got wastedFirst half of the movie sets the plot up and it is entertaining. There are ups and downs in the second half, but the entertainment provided by Mahesh Babu, Brahmanandam and MS Narayana takes care of it. The plus points are Mahesh Babu's charm, Seenu Vytla's comedy timing and a workable script. On the flip side, there is a bit of redundancy in villain characterizations. Mahesh Babu delivers an universally acceptable entertainer in the form of Dookudu after a gap of five years. Go and watch it.
