Bitzer is credited as the cameraman and American Mutoscope & Biograph as the production company and distributor. A Google search turns up nothing else but two other YouTube copies, with but a single comment among them: "Wow."Carnival sideshow act? People raised by wild animals? People with birth defects? Internet hoax? I've no idea.
