What makes it different from others?
Pretty good movie overall. First half was nothing special but it got better as it went along.

View MoreOne of Gil Portes finest movie he's ever done in early years... It's a story about a rich brat (Edgar Mande) who happens to fall in-love with his mysterious phone pal and wanted to meet her. It happens to be that phone pal is Julie Vega (named April on the movie). It's because April is handicapped, she feel discourage to show herself up so she ask her best-friend Lenny Santos to meet this phone pal of hers. So in the end, Edgar thought that Lenny is really April (Julie Vega). And April is watching them from the distance every time they went out. He became so fond of her Lenny whom he thought his April. And Lenny is secretly in-love with April's brotherly best-friend PJ. And PJ is in love with April...They still talk on the phone and exchanging their concern and love for each other, while Edgar without knowingly talking to the real April which he still thought Lenny Santos. And in person, Edgar and April became close friends. Maybe he unconsciously feel that April is his real love...Then Edgar had an accident and lost his sight. It was April always with him during those dark hours of his life. Till April came to a decision to give her eyesight to Edgar...Then a tragic road accident came to April, her last wish is to give her eyes to the guy she loves most, that's Edgar...The story is really a classic sad love story, that lots of people rarely appreciates... It's the best movie for me, though. You can feel the agony of the characters frustrating situation.I love the late actress Julie Vega. Hope the director can make a remake to this movie.
