An Exercise In Nonsense
The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.
View MoreExcellent and certainly provocative... If nothing else, the film is a real conversation starter.
View MoreThe thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;
View MoreUsually, erotic thrillers are not much more than excuses to get some sex action into the films but this one has been better written than most, in that although there is some good sex action scenes, there is also a well written plot that leaves a lot of guesswork until the final scenes. We get a good range of potential perpetrators, such as the jealous husband and the religious fanatic, but also some good scenes with stalwarts Shannon Tweed and Griffin Drew.Shannon Tweed plays Rebecca Mathis, a sex therapist who may be the target of the next attack according to cop, Frank Pavan, (Sam Hennings) a cop who is not averse to breaking the rules to get his own way in order to trap the killer. Another stalwart of the genre, Doug Jeffery plays a man, among others, who may have secrets of his own to conceal. The plot though, being about sex therapy has a good amount of sex scenes, a couple of them bordering on the violent which adds to the suspense. A good film then for fans of the genre.
View Moreshannon tweed in my book is a sex magnet she has a near perfect body for her age. VERY NICE!! The plot is pritty poor and her acting is poor but the series was made for the sex. The first film is the best because of the sex and because the acting was a bit better!
