At the Little League World Series in his first game, Danny threw a perfect game and struck out sixteen of the eighteen batters that he faced. He ended up piling up one record after another but shortly after the end of the tournament word began to get out that he was actually fourteen-years-old, which was two years older than you were allowed to be. KID DANNY is another excellent entry in the ESPN series that gives one a clear idea of what it was like going through this period. We learn that Danny's father and his best friend were the ones behind the lie to get Danny in the spotlight and you can't help but feel sorry for the kid since he was pretty much here without any family and no one looking after his welfare. You also can't help but hate the media a little more when you see how they were hounding a 14-year-old kid. Danny gets the tell his story and it's a very interesting one to say the least.Episode: A-
