It’s up to the Justice League to come to terms with their backward counterparts and team up with them to stop Darkseid and save the galaxy!

Simply Perfect

It's no definitive masterpiece but it's damn close.

How sad is this?

In truth, any opportunity to see the film on the big screen is welcome.

Superhero movies are there to inspire our inner-child-dreams of fulfilling that potential which society kept suppressed in order for us to contribute to it.An amateur Lego persiflage of such a superhero movie makes sense because it takes the metaphorical superpowers not serious. But what is the point to simulate the fun of dilettantish Lego puppet games by animating them in 3D including facial expressions? Ah yes, the point of course is for the industry to suck as much money out of the market as possible, just as they did with Wallace and Gromit when the rendered the charming modelling clay animations. But - as pleased as parents are to know that they can drop of their kids in front of such "family-proof" movies - they should reconsider that the times when kids play with glove puppets or rather with the boxes than with the actual plastic-gifts - those are the times when their fantasy is most active and engaged, so that the games are the most pleasant psychotherapy kids could have - reliving their experiences through playing. But spoon-fed stories which don't at all require imaginations or active engagements anymore will make the kids creativity shrivel as much as their sense of self, so that they one day will end up as spineless couch-potatoes who barely get along with todays requirements rather than being innovative and a person of character. And what do such people dream of in the end? Right - of secretly being a superhero. And this is where we came full circle and you could start reading this review from the beginning again.

Oddly unlike all the other Lego DC movies this isn't feature length and only stands at three quarters of an hour in length. Honestly I'm inclined to say that's a good thing. Here we see the Justice League team up with their "Bizzare" counterparts to foil a plan by Darkseid. As you can imagine this is full of silliness and lacks the Lego charm I've gotten used to with the Lego video games.I like the Bizzaro stories and was hoping this would rise above the mediocrity of the others, alas it didn't but still isn't the worst of the bunch.Solid voice talent save it to a degree, but what a waste of Darkseid! The Good:Tony ToddThe Bad:Some real stupidity thrown in there for good measureJokes miss more than hitThings I Learnt From This Movie:I suddenly badly want to see the Bizzaro league in live actionSame thing as above but for Giganta

Overall: The movie made me smile numerous times but felt pointless in regards to the rest of the LEGO DC COMICS SUPERHEROES franchise.Good: The voice acting is good as is the animation. The film made me smile numerous times either with funny jokes or seeing various characters. Bad: The movie feels pointless and more like filler content in the grand scheme of things. The overall plot is weak and simplistic but that could be good for kids. It also tries to pack in myriads of characters which feel forced in and tacked along to create action/drama.Best Part: The scene where Superman and Batman are flying together talking about their identities.6/10

i still don't get the idea that when you have a hit movie and one of the top so far on box office , so you try to sabotage it with mini movies like this !! there was some bits that you can laugh at , yet doesn't justify to make a whole 45 minutes out of it. i mean if you brought back "Emmet" that would'v changed something but again you knew it would destroy the character and make it boring till 2018 ;) !! To be fair, the storyline was flowing smoothly and there was no problem understanding what was going on. The story itself was not that strong, even for an animation but still we had high hopes , but it worked out somehow :P
