Just so...so bad

It isn't all that great, actually. Really cheesy and very predicable of how certain scenes are gonna turn play out. However, I guess that's the charm of it all, because I would consider this one of my guilty pleasures.

Great example of an old-fashioned, pure-at-heart escapist event movie that doesn't pretend to be anything that it's not and has boat loads of fun being its own ludicrous self.

I'm sorry the idea was interesting but they should have made it a movie and not a fake documentary. I'm saying this because it's so clearly a fake documentary that it makes you want to turn it off. The interviews were quite uninspired and the ideas they came up with were boring. An annoying aspect was the music, it was almost constantly there and it sounded too cheap and too mysterious and it was way too loud. I think the mysterious touch of this music was annoying because it's supposed to be a fake more or less serious documentary about a space-traveling project and this simply makes it seem funny and hard to take it serious. I couldn't take much of it. I can't recommend it although I'm a science fiction fan ...
