Watch something else. There are very few redeeming qualities to this film.

It's a good bad... and worth a popcorn matinée. While it's easy to lament what could have been...

It really made me laugh, but for some moments I was tearing up because I could relate so much.

Briefly about the plot: After several crucial missions, a Lone assassination warrior named Sam, abandons his ways of assassination from his former killer commando group, choosing a simple, ordinary, but exotic life in Thailand, another life style incorporating Buddhism in peace, getting married with a Thai woman and raising a child together in the Northern jungles of Thailand. But soon, it took an abrupt end, as Sam's former assassin partner tracked him and murdered his wife in front of his wife. With nothing left but his innocent son, Sam is taking up the ultimate path for revenge redemption, taking his kid alongside him in the most brutal sceneries in his quest for vengeance. For an ordinary person, this movie would obviously seem to be crap. However, in the heart of Martial Arts practitioner or fan, who sees certain aspects from a different view, despite the simplistic cliché plot, I think that this movie is worth seeing, as one of Canada's rising stuntman, supporting actors in several International and Asian Martial Arts Action movies and leading personalities of Thailand's Asia Pacific Taekwondo Organization, displays a full array of exciting Martial Arts actions in his starring role. Some short remarks, some story-telling animation flicks have obviously replaced some cost-consuming acting sceneries. Not that it is something bad. It was just a fact, from a production standpoint for a new and first time director. It can only get better for his next project....A big shout out to Master Don, (a former TKD teacher of mine, when I attended TKD classes in International School)

I am about halfway through the movie, and if you're anything like me, you'll need closure. So...don't even start to watch the movie. As stated by other reviewers, the acting is similar to the acting you'd see in a local commercial. The fighting is what you'd see in a beginner's fighting class. And the story, it's the same story you've seen time and time again.I love watching train wrecks, so I just have to finish what I started, and see this through to the end. I'm sure it's exactly as I expect it to be, because I expect no plot twists, and I've seen this movie before with a different title, and much better acting.Just my two cents, but save your time, and money, and watch something with more substance. Wish me luck on finishing the rest of the movie.

This was bad. Where do I start.I had got this for the fighting I was expecting to see. The fights look like they had been arranged by a glee club. The acting was a fire hazard it was that wooden. the only redeeming parts were the animated sections. The story what little there was was a pale imitation of Lone Wolf and Cub but I wont say that too loud in case I insult that good story. The best part about this movie is undoubtedly the end credits. This means that you have endured the waste of time that is this movie. The credits move with a grace and style that was missing from the combat scenes.Value your time and dodge this train wreck of a movie.

I have no affiliation with this film and have nothing good to say about it. Sadly, this will be a scathing review. This was so bad its difficult to articulate. The acting was very pedestrian. The lack luster performance in the actual story telling was a constant strain on my patience. The stunts and fight scenes were tolerable. The immersion quality of this film was non-existent. I want my 2 hours back. Do yourself a favor just enjoy an old Bruce Lee rerun and call it a day. In the end you will have gotten your kung fu movie and at least you won't be mad.
