Good concept, poorly executed.
There are moments in this movie where the great movie it could've been peek out... They're fleeting, here, but they're worth savoring, and they happen often enough to make it worth your while.
View MoreVery good movie overall, highly recommended. Most of the negative reviews don't have any merit and are all pollitically based. Give this movie a chance at least, and it might give you a different perspective.
View MoreThere is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes
View MoreCompared to the previous works of the Manivannan-sathyaraj duo this films leaves a lot to be desired but still quite enjoyable in patches. the dialogues by itself could've been released separately as an audio track. The main drawback is the script as the character of sathyaraj is made so powerful but there is no one to take him on which leaves a sour taste as sathyaraj scores one side goals throughout the movie all though there is a twist in the climax it was too late! The chemistry between manivannan and sathyaraj on screen should be seen to be believed, accompanied by astute dialogues this political had greater potential to be a landmark movie in the lines of it's predecessor Amaidhi Padai but the weak characterization of the support cast and an average script foiled a potential classic. Watch for the witty dialogues and the magnetism exuded by the "Villain" Sathyaraj!
