Lack of good storyline.
Worth seeing just to witness how winsome it is.
This movie tries so hard to be funny, yet it falls flat every time. Just another example of recycled ideas repackaged with women in an attempt to appeal to a certain audience.

View MoreThis poignant tale relates what happens when an apparently happy family is struck by tragedy. This movie reminds me of "Ordinary People" (which excellence, for me, it equals), except that there are a couple of twists toward the end...just as the family seems to be recovering from the tragedy, the strongest member begins to crumble, and we learn that, perhaps, the family wasn't so well-knit, after all. This Hallmark Production is further enhanced, believe it or not, by its commercials...they promote Hallmark cards, of course, but by enacting sharp vignettes of "relationships" these miniatures, are works of art, in themselves, brief, yet profound, each capable of expansion to a t.v. movie, nay, a t.v. mini-series, of its own. A thoroughly entertaining two hours!
