Plot so thin, it passes unnoticed.
The film was still a fun one that will make you laugh and have you leaving the theater feeling like you just stole something valuable and got away with it.
View MoreThis movie feels like it was made purely to piss off people who want good shows
View MoreIf you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.
View MoreI don't know if it was because of the subtitles or the story is just weird- but I can't see how these guys fell in love with each other. It's a weird gay version of Pretty Woman. I think the dialogues could have been written better. One guy is a stalker and falls in love with the other for no reason, like it was love at first sight and the other hates him for no reason and then they're magically in love and what to say about the end?! I can't imagine something like that being romantic. It's not just a small mistake where you can say- I'm sorry and move on. I liked the actors and the atmosphere in the movie, the story itself isn't that bad but it's still weird. The movie was for me like talking to one of those people, you can't really talk with so you try but never come to common ground.
View Morereally moving and endearing story of a love that seems doomed from the beginning, terrific acting especially by Young Hoon Lee who brings beauty and charisma to this demanding role. I watched this with open eyes which turn many times to eyes of tears, the film has twist and turns and a very surprising end, the gay interest is handled with compassion and skill. If you want a film to entertain and flood your emotions, watch this film. I targeted this film because of the content but was amazed how easy it was to be emotionally involved with the lead characters, filmed in a professional way with great effort taken to run the emotions of the film and the prejudices of society and the families involved, I saw no downside for this movie.
View More.........but the poor man wouldn't accept the shy man's heart." {this parable-like utterance is the lead-in to a love scene you won't want to miss}.Opposites in life, they meet, they fight, they fall tumultuously in love (well, not so easily as all that). One (Jae-Min), is the wealthy and well educated son of a big industrialist........the other (Su-Min---the lead we follow in this tale) is a just-in-from-the-country, young man---an orphan who is wise from life's hard knocks (yeah, yeah, it's clichéd.....but how do you avoid that in these sorts of films?). From the beginning, our unhappy, has-it-all-in-life second lead (who's engaged and on the verge of marriage) falls hard, and it's through his persistent pursuit that lead character, Su-Min, finally overcomes his reluctance involving the several differences between them and accepts the reality of their love. What follows is one of gay filmdom's better love scenes. As one might expect, all that comes along is not smooth sailing. Through misunderstandings, both lovers pass the very brink of near-death, itself, before a resolution is reached.PS--I should point out that the original Korean DVD release (Region 3) contained very, very poorly done translation to English subtitling. One can only hope that TLA Video's upcoming Region 2 release (available through Amazon.com United Kingdom) will have more correct translations.
View MoreWell South Korea has made good progress in making gay movie since "the king and the clown (cast. lee jung ki). This "no regret" movie basically is a real life story of how poverty could make people's lives change dramatically.A young orphanage (sung min) in his 20th tried to live on his life as good as he can but unfortunately he got fire from the factory where he had worked on by the CEO's son that accidentally fall in love with him when he bumped him before. Sung min became a gay prostitute and he changed from innocent silly-look guy became a masculine with good style of clothes. The CEO's son however wooed him even though sung min always rejected him, soon after they became a couple but life never that easy since the CEO's son had a fiancé and he had to choose between sung min and his family's fortune with condition to marry his fiancé. It is a happy ending gay movie even though the ending a bit blur and should be make longer. The feeling of the actors especially the actor who was acted as a sung min is truly incredible, he could showed his emotion for the first time knowing what love and happiness is and also showed the anger and sadness of being left behind and being hurt by the person he loved at the 1st time. Not to mention I have to say that the director's job is splendid everything went well and touched my emotion still the movie is quite dark they should make it lighter (for the light) since I barely see anything when they were acted in the dark room. The sex scene is really good and full of emotion and I suppose it is not been easy for the actors to do it. This is the 1st movie that could really show a good gay sex scene differ with France, Japan, Chinese, Thailand gay movies.
