Well Deserved Praise
Don't Believe the Hype
Fun premise, good actors, bad writing. This film seemed to have potential at the beginning but it quickly devolves into a trite action film. Ultimately it's very boring.
View Morea film so unique, intoxicating and bizarre that it not only demands another viewing, but is also forgivable as a satirical comedy where the jokes eventually take the back seat.
View MoreVery typical Finnish movie. I have never quite understand why there have to be nudity in every finnish movie. It's like its compulsion rather than a necessary to the plot. There is a same thing with the plot. Nothing surprising there either. "Normal" married couple going through hard times and husband isn't very willing to have sex. Solution: go have sex with somebody else and then you realize how much you love your spouse. Boring and everybody have heard and seen this 100 times before.Well, acting is pretty good thank god. Especially Virtanen Ville is pretty good as a sad and little weird husband. Sinisalo Anu is OK too and seems to enjoy her role pretty much.
