One of my all time favorites.

How sad is this?

a film so unique, intoxicating and bizarre that it not only demands another viewing, but is also forgivable as a satirical comedy where the jokes eventually take the back seat.

The story, direction, characters, and writing/dialogue is akin to taking a tranquilizer shot to the neck, but everything else was so well done.

Kept me guessing from beginning to end. Also sheds light on stereotypes that are placed on those with mental illnesses.

And the editing is top-notch, paced perfectly, the tension building and building towards the film's climactic scenes.Police from the true-crime TV series The First 48 served as extras and even some cast members in this film, and that contributes to the raw, verite, true-to-life feel.If you like your Hitchcock, your Memento and psychological thrillers in general, check this flick out!
