Overrated and overhyped

A Disappointing Continuation

All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.

Excellent and certainly provocative... If nothing else, the film is a real conversation starter.

I love horror movies just because their sort of like a rollarcoaster. No one in their right mind could like this movie. Encouraging what this movie does is abominable. I hope those guys trying to make a buck by making this movie gets their family taken out with the nonsense the way they unapologetically make out of this piece of garbage. Hope you animals die because of what you have exposed to impressional people, espeicially kids. F you and all that is dear to you. Netflix, remove this scuzz.

Bill Williamson is back, alive and well and doing a recon mission around D.C. This time he wants to cause a major population disruption within the USA which result in devastating consequences reverberating throughout the world. His new mission this time to bring down The President of the United States and his Secret Service. Rampage: President Down is another horrifying badly written, produced and directed Uwe Boll film that should have never existed in the first place that pushes Boll's stupid political agenda and showcases the talent he lacks. Uwe Boll continues the series of the life of Bill Williamson (Brendan Fletcher) who drones his "kill the rich" monologue to the point of nausea. As you can guess from the title, he kills the President...also VP and Sec. of Defense. We don't see that aspect of the movie which was part of the title. We hear about the "Trumpian" style response to the misidentified killer (don't see it either...just a major plot point), see the FBI investigate (in their office) and Bill regurgitate his Marxist revolutionary message from a hole in the ground for nearly an hour before the final confrontation. If you are the type of person who believes the local weather girl is part of a vast media elite conspiracy controlling the masses, then this film is for you.Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity

The plot, acting and cinematography of this latest installment were slightly better than average... It's not easy to produce high quality film with a limited budget, especially when everyone want to get as much money as possible for their work..Uwe Boll's correctly identified some of the current issues facing society, however, his suggested use of violence to correct those issues will only make things worse, not better for the 99.9% that he wants to represent...Let's see if Boll will attempt to make another installment to improve the series and his message... There are plenty of people who came out of "retirement" to do what they love... and his fight for a better society is far from over...
