Lovell Milo is a man who begins experiencing his life out of order; every day he wakes up at a different age, on a different day of his life, never knowing where or when he’s going to be once he falls asleep. He’s terrified and wants it to stop - until he notices a pattern in his experience, and works to uncover why this is happening to him - and what or who is behind it.

It's no definitive masterpiece but it's damn close.

In other words, this film is a surreal ride.

The story, direction, characters, and writing/dialogue is akin to taking a tranquilizer shot to the neck, but everything else was so well done.

It's simply great fun, a winsome film and an occasionally over-the-top luxury fantasy that never flags.

The film Shuffle (2011) offers audiences a rare treat: a thought provoking, emotionally gripping story suitable for a family audience. Exceedingly well written, with powerful acting, excellent makeup and special effects, and incredible lighting and photography, this beautiful film both entertains and inspires! The plot unfolds gradually in the beginning. But soon Shuffle captures the attention of viewers through a series of intriguing events. Populated with fascinating, yet believable characters, the movie contains many outstanding moments. It addresses profound issues within the context of daily events in a masterful way.The central character encounters a challenge apparently so unusual that he cannot believe his own dilemma. He encounters disturbing clues along the way from unexpected sources. As a narcoleptic, he struggles with temporal issues- but this film goes much deeper, to present a reality extending beyond the superficial confines of time and space. This movie offers a great treat. Don't miss this one!

I was mind blown from beginning, when Lovell Milo is introduced, to the very end. I had no idea what I was about to see. I had no expectation when I walked through the doors of the movie theater, at the film festival in Los Angeles. I walked out completely blown away by the synopsis of the story of a man that wakes up at a different age in his life. He can be 26 one day and be 40 years old the next. During the movie he tries to figure out how and why this was happening to him. I was at the edge of my seat throughout the whole film trying to figure it out for him. I could not stop talking about it. Kurt Kuenne made this original story into a beautiful art piece. The actors were brilliant. TJ did a wonderful job captivating the audience and making me feel for his situation. I will watch Shuffle again and again. You have to watch this movie and share this with others because it really has a good message in between it all. You will never forget this film and you definitely will not regret it. Kurt did a wonderful job with writing a breathtaking script and bringing it to life.

Gosh!!!! I wish i could give this movie a 10! After seeing "Validation" short movie so many times, i was already a fan of TJ Thyne. Well, he does not disappoint in Shuffle, neither any of the other actors. The plot is clever, the photography is amazing (the B&W really works!), and time flew by as i was living the story... until the VERY END almost ruined it all! I agree with other review here... After those last minutes, i felt like i was slapped on the face, after being swept away! I did not understand the need of that last scene, as everything falls in place without it.Watch it if you can. It's a very nice piece of cinema art! P.S: Only after yesterday's episode of "Bones" i realized that Thyne is Dr. Jack Hodgins!! Maybe my head was focused because i was "getting shuffled" latter on!

This is the story of a narcoleptic photographer who wakes up each day at a different stage in his life. He learns that there is a purpose to this nightmare hes living and he must save someone. I wont give anymore away but I will say that the ending is quite satisfying as is the entire movie. T.J. Thyne plays Lovell Milo the title character whose names sounds like its being being said backwards, an outstanding job. There are also incredible performances from Chris Stone and Tamara Taylor. But the show is almost stolen by Paula Rhodes who plays Thyne's lifelong friend and love interest. This movie is inspiring, compelling and one of a kind. I would recommend it to all around movie buffs and casual movie watchers alike. Shuffle is an experience like no other.
