Good films always raise compelling questions, whether the format is fiction or documentary fact.

This is one of the few movies I've ever seen where the whole audience broke into spontaneous, loud applause a third of the way in.

A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.

The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.

This was the suckiest 87 minutes of my life. I whole-heartedly agree with the rest of the comments here. I've made better movies than this in college, and so did all my classmates. If you're computer literate, you'll be sure to cringe a lot. Typing DIR in a dos prompt and listing the directory is apparently high level hacking. Steer clear of this mega-crap. This made my all-time bottom five movies. Brian Dennehy must have a serious drug or gambling problem if he needs to take these kinds of jobs. I would say even Daniel Baldwin is too classy for this movie, which says a lot. AWFUL acting from the lead and his wife. The "suspense" is just embarrassing. The "action" sequences are so fumbling it's not even laughable, you just squirm in mental discomfort. Serge Rodnunsky, your talent, if existent, lies elsewhere. Stay away from movies. Take Uwe Boll with you.

This film is predictable and stupid. It looks like it was made in 1982 even though it was made in 1999. The acting is bad, the music is annoying. I didn't care about any of the characters and I kept hoping the wife "Linda" would die because she was a bad actress and her character made no sense. The cutting of the movie was distracting and was obviously trying to hide the fact that there was no budget.

This not a great movie. The low budget is apparent despit a couple of well known names. However the real star is newcomer Jonathan Quint. I've seen him in 'Boogie Nights' and 'Floating.' This provides another opportunity for him to sharpen his acting teeth. Despite the straight to video release, Quint will be seen much more on the silver screen.

Silicon Towers is a movie that is a waste of money. Man, I've never even seen a worse movie than that movie. It's just another one of those computer-hacker-saves-the-world-and-bad-guys-get-punished movie. In some point in the movie you get to see some of the source code of the program that the protagonist has made and it turns out he's not programming in C++ or JAVA but in... HTML! Man , nobody can write a hacking program using HTML. No, go out an rent one of the good movies...
