A pair of serial killers is stalking a city via the Internet chat rooms. A veteran cop teams up with a desk jockey to try and track down the killers before the body count gets any higher. Low budget thriller is okay at best. Give the filmmakers points for sticking it out and getting the job done, but unfortunately the film is undercut by a couple of factors. First there are lots uneven performances. Some of the actors play it straight, some of the actors (the killers) seem to over act at times and some just can't act. There is also a misplaced sense of style that has the filmmakers trying to do something different visually (the arrangement of the bodies, some of what the killers wear) but failing to make it work. The result is the film comes off as a glorified home movie instead of something a paying audience would want to see. It's the sort of thing that just sort of misses being worth trying. I'd pass.
