It's not great by any means, but it's a pretty good movie that didn't leave me filled with regret for investing time in it.
View MoreClose shines in drama with strong language, adult themes.
View MoreIt's simply great fun, a winsome film and an occasionally over-the-top luxury fantasy that never flags.
View MoreI gave up on this movie half-way through. The plot holes are enormous. Here's a woman who's mad at her husband for not telling her everything, then she doesn't tell him that she's hired a WOMAN in her shop. She never asks her husband if he has a picture of his ex-wife or a good description of her except that she has brown eyes. She hires a complete stranger in the town without asking her where she came from or any other questions about her past (or present), and completely trusts her even though she's scared to death to know that a woman is out there who wants revenge. I gave up on the story after the police come and tell her that a woman with that name was found drowned, and she doesn't ask any other questions. This story has no suspense, no logic and is completely ridiculous.
View MoreThis was a good movie, not the best but I enjoyed it very much. Marcy and Genie were incredible together, Marcy so believable as a nut and Genie so desperate to be a good mother. I cannot tell you how many soap stars are in this show. Everywhere I looked I was like, "Ooh, isn't she on..." and I couldn't think of which soap! Leigh and Genie did a fabulous job of being so in love which is ironic to me since they were both working on General Hospital at that time where Laura (Genie) was on trial for murdering Damian (Leigh) by bashing him in the head with a baseball bat and lighting him on fire! These two are fabulous together, loving parents and very loyal and protective. This movie had a great ending!
View MoreTerror in the Shadows has everything: Daytime soap stars, plot twists, and the element of surprise. The performance given by the cast is phenomenal and the chemistry between the actors makes it really believable. Marcy Walker gives a stellar performance in the role of Christine/Rebecca. She is able to turn the character into a three-dimensional person, which makes the story compelling and terrifying. Genie Francis and Victoria Wyndham also play their roles to perfection creating an on-screen relationship that has the viewer glued to their seat. I recommend this movie to anyone who enjoys watching daytime soaps or just loves a good horror flick...
View MoreOnce more I'd like to comment on this movie. I especially liked the acting of Marcy Walker. It was a nice role played by her. Unfortunately, the role was spoiled by the scene of the film, but anyway the acting was gorgeous.I'm very fond of Marcy Walker's acting and I'd like to see more movies involving her. But this movie was one of my favorite ones I've seen by now. I liked the acting also of Mr. Leigh McCloskey. he was brilliant also. I would also like to watch more movies involving him. Thank you for producing such an interesting film !
