Nice effects though.
If the ambition is to provide two hours of instantly forgettable, popcorn-munching escapism, it succeeds.
View MoreOne of the best movies of the year! Incredible from the beginning to the end.
View MoreStory: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.
This was a cool film that holds you till the surprise ending....... Kinda like April Fools..... Shayne was sexy..... Bowling Alley was interesting ---- When you see Carradine as a freaky scary former priest it will make you wonder what happened that the character was no longer a Priest!! Bobb Hopkins still has it as a salty maintenance guy with a bent toward a religious zealot!!! I will always wonder about who really wants a job at a bowling alley.... now I will think about this film whenever bowling in the future... Wayne was better in this film then in the horrible remake of Dukes of Hazzard.... I will be watching for him in the future,,, Shayne should have showed more skin, but what can you do!! The other lesser know actors were great - watch for the Brunette - she was excellent in her depiction of someone with issues in her past that made you think she was the nut case killing people!! Go SuperChief Films ................Can't wait to see it in Red Box!!!!!
View MoreThis movie is a lot of fun, interesting, great twist ending and scary. Robert Carradine is very good as always. Shayne Lamas is great to look at! Set in a bowling alley, the camera work is excellent and gives the movie a cool look. I also thought the music was terrific and added mood and texture to the movie. All the young actors do a very good job in the film. The bowling alley was an interesting location for a film and comes across very creepy when it needs to be. All in all, it is a well done teen film that delivers a good cast, a good story and good production value. What more can you ask for after seeing so many bad films this year. I think Shayne Lamas has a bright future ahead as she can act and is a beautiful girl.
View MoreI just saw this film and reaaally liked it. Creepy and fun to watch with non-stereotypical characters played by cool upcoming talent (Shayne Llamas, for one). Robert Carradine is hilarious and the ending.... Wild. The writing is hip and unforced. The location (primarily a bowling alley) looks nice and surprisingly scary at night. There are a couple scares that might seem cheap at first but manage to pay off later on (which is good.) I also liked the music - not to mention this film actually has a theme song - kind of 007ish. The directing, camera-work and editing are strong as well. Definitely recommended.
