Simply Perfect

Captivating movie !

As of finishing the movie and coming to the IMDB page, I'm still not certain if each of the segments in this film are connected, or even if they unfold in the same shared universe. Some of the segments have some great ideas but poor execution, namely the pervading one set in 2007 with the professor and the two people. They explore the idea that "ghosts" are actually "inter-dimensional creatures" that exist at a rate of time dilation far faster than ours, similar to the aliens in "Dragon's Egg", so that actual ghost sightings are so rare because it would mean one of these creatures would have to be standing still for hours at a time just for us to be able to see it for one second. Rather than explore and flesh out this idea in the other segments or in its own segments, we get a random, pointless encounter with one of these creatures that looks for the life of me like a clown mask on a pile of rubber monster costume pieces. This clown creature says it is not a simple flesh-eating ghoul, yet proceeds to do absolutely nothing to dissuade them, randomly attacking and trying to kill them. As for the other segments, they are a very mixed bag, with none of them being particularly interesting on their own except maybe the Ghost Hunters one. The Cam Girls one was deeply intriguing until the tepid reveal at the very end. Overall this was a series of mini films that had no reason to exist, and which did not give any justification otherwise.

Horrible waste of time. It makes VHSI, II, and III look like Academy Award worthy movies. When the film ended, I think I sat and stared at the screen for at least 5 to 10 minutes after it was over. It was so horrible, my brain just went blank.If you are a Found Footage fanatic then maybe you can dig deep enough to find something likable about this film. However, as I type, I am still trying to figure out ways to regain the time I lost watching this crap.I can appreciate low budget films but the issue with this is, its extremely low budget, the acting is horrible, and the story-line is even worse. A triple flop.

Honestly, there is bad, and then there's bad. I rarely give a movie such a low rating, but this one deserves it. I haven't looked into the background of this yet, but it seems no one, and I mean no one associated with this movie has ever done one before. the script reads like it was written by the failing high school student in AV class, the editing is all over the place, to the point that you can't even tell what's going on anymore, none of the movies even remotely come together in a coherent plot, the sound effects are WAY over the top, I can go on and on. I don't understand how these people get money to do this, its the worst filming imaginable. and the worst part? some of the stories had potential! this found footage-type movie is just overdone, and this movie actually gave me a headache.

Oh boy, oh boy, how bad was this film. I was expecting a generally good film but boy I was wrong. I like found footage movies, so I knew I would give this a good look and see what it was like. Almost an hour and forty running time, it was a waste of my time and the film makers time. Out of the full running time there must have been maybe twenty minutes of worthy scenes to watch. One jump scene and one not bad story doesn't make a good movie and distorting a voice to make it seem scary, well that just went out with the ark. Okay the film makers didn't have millions of pounds to make a huge movie but the good bits that were in the film showed potential in them. I was going to give this film one point but fir the scenes I have mentioned I gave it two. Don't waste your time, an awful film.
