Highly Overrated But Still Good
Amazing worth wacthing. So good. Biased but well made with many good points.
View MoreGreat example of an old-fashioned, pure-at-heart escapist event movie that doesn't pretend to be anything that it's not and has boat loads of fun being its own ludicrous self.
View MoreEach character in this movie — down to the smallest one — is an individual rather than a type, prone to spontaneous changes of mood and sometimes amusing outbursts of pettiness or ill humor.
View Morethis has to be the best Halloween movie i've ever seen. maybe even the best movie i've ever seen. i really enjoyed the acting as it was very believable. i didn't find it at all kiddish-i'm 13 and i really like it!!! i watched it 3 times this weekend because it was on TV. i am franticly looking for a DVD. Rollo weeks is an excellent actor and of course the actor who played tony is cute, adorable and an amazing actor. in the movie it didn't get to the point to fast or too slow it had the right amount of time to say what it needed to say.i really liked the friendship between Rudolph and tony. usually i don't like movies about vampires because of the teeth(in the twilight books the vampires don't have teeth)i read the twilight books and the vampires in the book don't have teeth so i am against all vampires with teeth but i saw this movie when i was very young and loved it and just saw it again and fell in love with it all over again! amazing! watch it!i wish i was a vampire-or at least knew one-i actually wish i knew Rudolph!
View MoreI have watched this movie 5 times and I love it! It is wonderful! The jokes were gigley and i love the vampire cows! Everyone did such a wonderful job. My favorite character is Anna. This is such a wonderful movie! A must see!
View MoreWhen I first saw the movie, I thought it was the cutest thing. I'm 17 years old and I'm not ashamed to say that I really like this movie. It had a cool plot that made it not so much of a kid movie. And it really shows you can make friends in even the weirdest conditions. Movies like this, allows you to sit back and forget about the stress of everyday and you can let the little kid inside you take over full of imagination and amazement. Really this is an excellent movie who need to escape without really escaping!
View MoreI've loved all things concerning vampires since the first time I saw The Lost Boys. (Obviously not an Oscar-worthy film, but it certainly is entertaining.) When I saw previews for The Little Vampire, I must admit that I thought it looked really, really bad. I had the opportunity to watch it a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised by the film. I was impressed by the special effects, especially Rudolph's bat form. The cows were an interesting addition, too. I loved the costumes and makeup. The story and plot weren't all that original and were very predictable, but I think kids from 6 to 12 would enjoy those aspects of the film. I thought Rollo Weeks and the actress who played his sister, Anna, were terrific and I hope to see them both in more films. Jonathan Lipnicki was cute, but is that kid ever going to grow? Sheesh, he'll look 6 when graduates from college. I liked most of the adult characters, especially the vampire parents. I've seen Richard E. Grant and Alice Krige both in other movies and I enjoyed their performances. I would give this movie a 7 out of 10. It's fun to watch and only a little bit too cutesy.
