As somebody who had not heard any of this before, it became a curious phenomenon to sit and watch a film and slowly have the realities begin to click into place.

It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.

This movie tries so hard to be funny, yet it falls flat every time. Just another example of recycled ideas repackaged with women in an attempt to appeal to a certain audience.

One of the best movies of the year! Incredible from the beginning to the end.

It could have been better. What should have been a good doc for fans of the film, The Colour of Pomegranates, unfortunately only turns out to be mediocre.Allot of it is ruined by speakers whose grasp of the English language is barely audible. The sound of their voice could also have been improved during the recording, or in post production. Made it unfortunately hard to enjoy. It also does contain some interesting info on the behind the scenes politics of filmmaking in the SU. AndHowever it's still interesting for fans of the film and worth checking out. Just make sure you have your finger on the volume button.
