View MoreThis is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.

View MoreWell, this film is certainly one of the best fairy tales released by Childhood Productions, but then again that isn't saying very much. This film is best seen solely for laughs, although you'de be hard-pressed to find it anywhere nowadays. The acting is typically dire, the plot is the usual bizarre pastiche of old fairy tales, and Tom Thumb keeps changing size. I saw it here in Britain a few days ago on a program which makes fun of B-Movies... I thought that it was quite funny, but I expect that in it's complete form it would be torture to watch. My Advice: See Snow White and Rose Red, another Childhood Productions classic.
