Don't listen to the negative reviews
It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.
View MoreAll of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.
View MoreIt's simply great fun, a winsome film and an occasionally over-the-top luxury fantasy that never flags.
View MoreHaven't been able to see all of these movies but I did see this one and it was awesome! Great cast and storyline.
View More(SPOILER ALERT) Transformers: Dark of the Moon was the best out of the Transformers trilogy in my opinion. Story goes that Optimus Prime and the autobots discovered that the ark from the battle on Cybertron crashed landed on the dark side the moon. There mission was to revive the pillars and a lost autobot Sentinel Prime!
View MoreI'm not the sort of person who enjoys mindless action, for example I wasn't a fan of the 4th movie, but I sure can appreciate a good action movie when I see one. This movie was fantastic, great acting from certain actors, fantastic soundtrack, absolutely world class cgi and a notable storyline. Sometimes you get those movies that make you feel something and I can tell you that when the movie ended after Optimus Prime's monologue and the music kicked in, I was just sitting there with a huge dumb smile on my face. However as a review, I will have to give some negative feedback as all movies do have their weak points.Rosie Huntington Whitley's role should have gone to someone with more acting experience as, for example, some of her acting killed the tension of certain moments. They belittled some Transformers by killing them off in ways which made my inner nerd angry, e.g. Starscream, Shockwave, Soundwave and Wheeljack. Wheeljack really was shown incorrectly in the movie, more as a bumbling scientist who begged for his life than a badass. Shockwave should have really had more of a prominent role, or they should have held off using such a big character until maybe another movie e.g. Bumblebee's reported spin off movie. The plot line after really thinking about it is quite bad - the transformers wanted to teleport their home planet to earth so that humans can rebuild it? Was a bit weak. Regardless, don't let these criticisms blind you from the truth - TF3 was the best TF out of all 4 that have come out as of time of writing (hopefully "The last knight (2017) will prove me wrong). It really is a fantastic movie. 8.8/10
View MoreTransformers Dark of the Moon! was to me The Best Movie ever! and i did hear about the 4th sequel Age of Extinction but Haven't seen that recent Transformers movie but anyways. Dark of The Moon was Not that bad of a movie it seemed pretty good. and it was listed at Number 2 of The Highest Crossing Movies of the year 2011. so anyways the Plot of the Movie starts off with In 1961, the Ark, a Cybertronian spacecraft carrying an invention capable of ending the war between the benevolent Autobots and the malevolent Decepticons, crash lands on the dark side of Earth's Moon. and you the Cast too doesn't Star Meghan Fox she was replaced by Rosie Huntington- Whiteley and also her boyfriend Sam Witwicky. so anyway the auto-bots of transformers are also in it like Bumblbee Optimus Prime and the rest of them. and the Sound Effects was pretty good and decent and the good fight scenes and even towards the End of the Movie was great too. This Movie deserves a good rating for a Transformers movie I Mean it didn't seem bad at all. but what Dark of the Moon could have improved was the casting or the minutes of how long the movie ran. that's all but still Dark of the Moon was not a bad movie and i Think it surpassed any 2011 movie.
