Blending excellent reporting and strong storytelling, this is a disturbing film truly stranger than fiction

All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.

I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.

I thought the description of this film sounded interesting and was really wanting to see where the story went with it.I very much enjoyed the acting by Silas Bringham and Sam Repshas. Silas gave a very good understated performance as Simon ,he is very interesting to watch. Sam made you really like the character of Jonah who other than being all about government conspiracies actually seems to be pretty mentally stable even though his entire awful family including his sister who is married to Simon thinks otherwise.Sadly this movie just falls flat for me . I kept expecting something interesting to happen and it never did. It was very boring and left me feeling like I wanted my $6.99 that I will be charged by my On Demand on my next cable bill. Very disappointing

This film was shot in my backyard so of course I was going to see it asap. I was so glad I did because it is an indie film that I may not have heard about if it hadn't been shot near me. I thought it was a great film and even if I didn't recognize all of the background scenery I would have thought it was really cool. It's one of those films that sticks with you. It's a bit slow paced, homage to the mumblecore style, but if you stick with it, it will stick with you. The lead actor is very impressive and I see him going on to other roles soon for sure. The music score is beautiful and I can't wait for the soundtrack to come out.
