This is How Movies Should Be Made

While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.

There's a more than satisfactory amount of boom-boom in the movie's trim running time.

This is ultimately a movie about the very bad things that can happen when we don't address our unease, when we just try to brush it off, whether that's to fit in or to preserve our self-image.

This movie was boring, too predictable, and unfinished scenes. Why did no one find the apple the creepy neighbour took a bite out of? What was the reasoning for that scene. Whatever happened to Hannah's cat?Horrible ending!!!

The story's been done before, but there are some interesting scenes, including one masterfully shot scene that'll creep the be-jeezus outta you. For the best movie I've ever seen of this type of story, see the wonderfully underrated "Bad Ronald," a 70s TV movie. It's finally out legally on DVD.

I liked the actors! However, the storyline was a tough one to buy into in today's setting. Anyone with an engineering or construction background would laugh at this. I'm sure the real estate professionals are having a good laugh also at the holes in this story! I'm not sure how the writers can think that their viewing audience could possibly be this dumb! It's too stupid to be scary.

A thriller centered around a widower who moves into a seemingly perfect new home with his daughter and new wife. 'Within' is one of those horror films that you're 100% sure that is going to be a disappointment but it turns out to be an actually great film and that has to do mostly with it's story which is quite interesting and the film gets even better as it goes on since we learn more and more about that family that lived there and was murdered. Also the actors do a pretty good job Michael Vartan is really good as the Father but the real bright star in this film is definitely Erin Moriarty (Marvel's Jessica Jones, Bloodfather). It's not a film that you haven't seen before but it's one of the better ones it does have good acting and like i said an interesting story and the only thing that ruins the movie from being Perfect for me is the ending that i found it a bit disappointing but other than that this is a great horror film that will keep fans of the genre at the edge of their seats and trust me it's nowhere near as bad as the rating suggests it was.
