This is a tender, generous movie that likes its characters and presents them as real people, full of flaws and strengths.

It's hard to see any effort in the film. There's no comedy to speak of, no real drama and, worst of all.

It is not only a funny movie, but it allows a great amount of joy for anyone who watches it.

You Did What? is supposedly a romantic comedy which has non existent laughs and little by way of romance. This insipid film feels overlong even with its short running time of 90 minutes because the story is not good enough and stretched too thinly.Charlie Porter (Edward Kerr) faces non stop pressure from his girlfriend, Ashley (Kathy Wagner) to get married. Charlie is reluctant to commit but things change and the pressure on him becomes too great when his brother proposes to a girl after knowing her very briefly. Then only interesting character was the military type father of Ashley who kind of riffs Robert De Niro in Meet the Parents. The film is just not good enough.

Cinematography: 8/10 Sufficient light, good framing, and focus.Sound: 8/10 Always OK, but the incidental music could have been better.Acting: 4/10 Wretched. If I never see A. J. Buckley, Kelly Overton, Brian Palermo, or Edward Kerr again, it will be way too soon. Edward Kerr seems about 10 years too old for Kathy Wagner. Susan Ruttan and Jason George was believable, at least. The actors who played Ashley's parents were fine.Screenplay: 2/10 This might have made a nice 20 minute short. There are not many ideas here, and the few that are presented are just stretched past breaking.

I watched this movie last night, and I never thought if this really good. I mean REALLY GOOD! They don't have famous actors and actress (that's why this movie not too famous) but they make a great story. And I love how they do the comedy too. It's an everyday problem. Like you love him/her, but you can't be sure is he/she is the one. Or should you get marry while you'd comfort with the way you now. Every couple end up with this such situation. Well, If you're on a long-term relationship and don't know what's next, or you seems didn't like (afraid) of marriage this movie could give you some idea. You better watch this. And ask your boyfriend/girlfriend and watch this movie together, would be easier than asking them directly. (wink)

I watched this movie on HBO and I was delighted. This is not bad movie at all. It"s a hilarious comedy with great actors. I just can"t believe that no one did not wrote comment about this movie yet. I have never heard about Edward Kerr before and i was very surprised. Story is not so important in this movie. If you looking for a movie that will increase your mood this is perfect movie for you . I watched a lot of movies in last 2 months but this one is my number 1! The movie is not so hard for watching. It has a very simple plot. Jeff Morris is a director of this movie and he is also a writer. He is not so famous. he directed 3, not so famous movies, but i like him!!!8/10
