What makes it different from others?

It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.

A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.

People complain about the cast being bullies. People complain about the cast being floaters. People complain about the cast being "followers". That is what this show is ALL ABOUT. It's a social experiment to see how people will act and react in all different types of situations. Being a bully, being bullied, being a follower, being followed, being a floater, playing a mean game, playing a kind game .... it's all part of the game! People take this way too seriously.I think it's fabulous to see how everyone is acting and reacting both inside the house and on the tons of Facebook and twitter pages. The social experiment is as much on Facebook and twitter as it is in the house. Total strangers saying they "love Cody" or "hate Cody" -- really? You don't know him - you know the player of the game. You can love the way he played or love the way he DIDN'T play ... but you can't "love Cody". This show is a perfect example of what life is really like and what people encounter every day - bullying, manipulation, friendship, back- stabbing, mean people, kind people, push-overs, floaters, etc ... it is EXACTLY a portrait of what life is really like.You may not like the way some play, but the fact is they are PLAYING the game.

He was stupid. He went after Paul from day one. In fact he was "rude" from day 1. He thought he would be "King". The problem is that he isn't very nice. You can tell the idiot is from the Military. Military people think they are in charge when they are in a room full of civilians. They always have plans and always get mad when you question them and "Their plans". Then they get very mad when their plans fail and then blame other for their short comings.Cody was IS THE WORSE PLAYER I have seen in years. He came in with a chip on his shoulder. He is not a "People Person". This is a game where you have to be nice, social and then sneaky! He was just a sneak.If he makes it back into the house he won't last long. He is self destructive. I bet if hasn't in the past he will in the future have an addiction problem.

Well compared to the Uk, and even the Australian version of Big Bro, this is downright awful. First off, the host is unbelievably awful. Is she a robot? She has 0 personality and brings no fun to the show. Seriously, anyone or anything cpuld present better. Surely the USA can find a better host. Its not hard! The format is awful as well. Its set in a studio with tame crowds. It all seems to clean and boring. The UK show has crowds booing and cheering constantly. Much more of a vibe there. Housemates (in which is called houseguests in this show, which im not a fan of) go in ad a group so you cant hear the boos and or cheers for each and every housemate. This show is a much more bpring version of other versions around the world, making it unwatchable.

I watched half of a season of Big Brother with my boyfriend and could not get over how some people would follow along with the show from start to finish. Essentially, the show is making the audience stalk the house guests. They are being monitored 24/7 for several months, and people take joy out of watching them scheme and backstab their way to the top.I find this to be the epitome of a bad society in which everybody just uses and abuses others as a means to an end. Of course, it's a competition, but fostering bullying and backstabbing in our world is not something that should be taken lightly. The house guests aren't chosen wisely, and with the season I saw, a cop was one of them. To me, it just seems bad that the makers of the show would allow a cop to be the poster boy of scheming, backstabbing, and bullying.Overall, I can see that the games the house guests play can be entertaining, but the morale of this show is not something to be proud of. As a result, I give it a 5 because it's interesting to watch at times, but uncomfortable to be monitoring people as they plot against each other.
