I like the storyline of this show,it attract me so much

People are voting emotionally.

It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.

It is a whirlwind of delight --- attractive actors, stunning couture, spectacular sets and outrageous parties. It's a feast for the eyes. But what really makes this dramedy work is the acting.

Could be a better show with about 1/2 as many episodes. Plot took too long to develop. Intro to episodes are very long too. Vampirish characters who have been used for genetic studies. An adopted family who instantly bond better than most biological ones. Nearly everyone important to Saya dies. And it all takes way too long to happen....It is like it tries to be serious like "Witch Hunter Robin" without ever getting as dark. There are enough elements to make it interesting but it also has a soap opera feel that drags it out. If I had not been watching this on Netflix, and actually had to wait from week-to-week, I would have surely given up on the series. It was OK but not good enough for me to recommend the time commitment, unless you are stuck at home sick for several days.

I'm finding that there seem to be quite a few more negative reviews than positive. I don't really see what's so "nearly awful" about this series. Granted, I haven't quite reached the end of the series yet, but I quite like it. It's got great style. The art is beautiful. I found the story rather compelling. On top of it all, the action is nearly addictive without being too over the top. I think it's a wonderful series. I do, however kind of wish that there was a bit more visual continuity between Blood: TLV and the series. Saya didn't look at all like she did in the movie. I also felt that the series could have used a few of the darker touches found in the movie. But all in all I feel that both are stylistically winning. I'm eager to finish the series.

Episode 34 hit this week. I've been watching the show pretty religiously up to this point just because it was sandwiched between Bleach and Ghost in the Shell 2nd Gig repeats (amazing show). Both shows were considerably better than blood. Blood would get better, then get worse again, repeatedly. They seem to be unable to maintain the level of quality they occasionally reach.A few episodes ago a major character died and I couldn't care less- this really cemented the realization that this show is all style and cliché's with no real heart.Don't get me wrong, I've seen plenty of bad mindless anime, and this isn't a bad show. But when I started watching adult swim we had such shows on as Ghost in the Shell, Samurai Champlo, Full Metal Alchemist, FLCL. All of which were really, really exceptional shows that managed to draw me in despite my not being a huge fan of anime.Blood + just isn't of that caliber and now that Bleach has apparently been canceled and Ghost in the Shell repeats have wrapped up, the show just isn't strong enough to keep watching just to see what happens.

Wat can I say about blood+ well I'll go straight to it "It rocks", the story line is intriguing,every episode will make you watch the next one since questions are always bought forward but never answered i.e. Saiku was she made, why does her blood destroy the monsters, what is diva and if you have watched up to episode 13 "Is diva a creature cause thats what they hint. The anime series start slow with Saiku practising at school but in a rapid way her world gets twisted and she finds out more the she can handle, i love how her friend awakes her by giving her blood on the beginning episodes (I forgot his name cant be bothered to watch d episode to find the name). The best thing about blood its not just mad killing it has a plot and it gives hints about Siuku & what she is, however it doesn't answer the questions. This anime is more for a mature audience who enjoy action, great story line & cool graphics. The sad thing bout blood+ its d time its Tooo short, every time the best parts come i.e. when she looses control, it ends and i must wait for the next episode. Then we get the baddies (excuse the wording) they play an important row as they seem to know more about Saiku then we do ,however its hard to tel if they actually fear her or not. The anime has a lot of twists, i admit it may start slow but it is worth watching. "If anyone knows where i can find episodes 14 above please post it here so i can review it" Your host A.D.
