Yes, absolutely, there is fun to be had, as well as many, many things to go boom, all amid an atmospheric urban jungle.

There is definitely an excellent idea hidden in the background of the film. Unfortunately, it's difficult to find it.

As a child I grew up with Budgie and his friends Pippa, Chuck & Lionel. I loved this show and still do even at the age of 15 :) I know that when I'm older and have kids I'll keep the video and let them watch it, it's such a good childhood memory that I have to pass it on to my children.A Little Helicopter named Budgie lives at Harefield Airfield, doing jobs and things that Helicopters do. Usually getting in trouble with Lionel, the head helicopter, Budgie has fun and with his friends Pippa, a little aeroplane, and Chuck, a loud American double rotor helicopter.Budgie hates having to go through the heliwash! Watch out! A great cartoon for young children, I love it, and I'm sure your children will too. 10/10
