Excellent but underrated film

Although it has its amusing moments, in eneral the plot does not convince.

It's a movie as timely as it is provocative and amazingly, for much of its running time, it is weirdly funny.

It is neither dumb nor smart enough to be fun, and spends way too much time with its boring human characters.

This is an amazing tv series. More like a very long movie. The pacing is splendid. Casts are great, plot is very good. The whole atmosphere in the setting of Harbin is just fantastic. Love it!
