Some things I liked some I did not.

After playing with our expectations, this turns out to be a very different sort of film.

One of those movie experiences that is so good it makes you realize you've been grading everything else on a curve.

It really made me laugh, but for some moments I was tearing up because I could relate so much.

After six episodes, I still have no idea what is going on. The first episode was good, then it started it's slow roll downhill. I don't care about any of the characters except the somewhat psychic neighbor. Lots of hype. Unfortunately doesn't nearly live up to it or what was expected.Reminds me of Westworld and Sharp Objects. Both of these shows just ramble on and one without any clear path or direction.Not for me.

This is my conclusion of the show after watching its pilot: Unable to give a coherent story, too much cuttings, too much try for making it seem as a puzzle, overacting of emotions, pretty predictable, unbelievable situations, dull conditions which make me not want to continue watching it.

Some good elements of old-style King which really makes it very watchable show. No more comedy like "Under the dome" or a sad excuse for screening of an amazing book like "11/22/63" that turned out to be... well, I don't know what it was but definitelly something veeery disappointing. "Castle Rock" is good, or even very good. So far, the level of creepiness is satisfying and the story is fine slow-paced with some "wow" elements. Hope it gets even better.

Can't believe the bad reviews on this show. Yes the first 3 episodes can be slow the story is just starting. The show is great can't wait to see what happens next
