Through globalization, many countries have been opened and barriers removed to ensure easy trade, travel and cultural diversity. However, this openness has given opportunities to criminals looking to exploit the system and ultimately threaten our global safety. As Europe has become a "safe house" for criminals eluding law enforcers, a special kind of law enforcement team is needed to handle specific ongoing crimes on a global level. "Crossing Lines" is the story of one such team, made up of five international cops, headed by Captain Daniel. The team - comprised of individuals who have little in common - must learn to live and work under the most dangerous and potentially deadly conditions. Housed in an unused storage section underneath the ICC, this mismatched team faces bureaucratic, jurisdictional and cultural obstacles while traversing continents in pursuit of justice.

Crossing Lines Audience Reviews

WasAnnon Slow pace in the most part of the movie.
SpecialsTarget Disturbing yet enthralling
HottWwjdIam There is just so much movie here. For some it may be too much. But in the same secretly sarcastic way most telemarketers say the phrase, the title of this one is particularly apt.
Jenna Walter The film may be flawed, but its message is not.
resaiw Oh what could have been !!Really disappointing to have such a good show turned into an entirely new series. 10/10 for the first two seasons, forget the third. The cursing in the third season is unforgivable, this was a very very good show..... more technical accuracy was definitely needed though. Too bad the networks shorted it .....on expectations and resources.....
eronavbj-1 First two seasons kept my interest, but the third season "make-over" took the series off the tracks. The cast turnover was disastrous, with replacements basically lacking any personality at all. The new team was so flat, I found myself not caring what happened to the "stars" of the series. And several loose ends were left dangling from season two. The plots were also insipid in the third season. Inevitably cancelled.
stratus_phere I'm glad I took the advice of other reviewers and stopped at the end of season 2. It had already started to go downhill, the last two episodes of season 2 were so drawn out with so may unfinished threads. Then season 3 they just tried to revamp it, killing off key players and bringing in a whole new crew. So yes, it's great in season 1 and most of season 2. But either the writers or directors or someone got too full of themselves and killed it.
pamela-64534 Struggling through season 3, but feel "obligated" to finish it so I can take it off my Netflix List. The writing in the first 2 seasons left me engaged and wanting more. The actors delivered well. The new characters in Season 3, and the scripts they have to follow stink. The characters don't have the grit in season 3 - the male characters are whiney and the scripts have them acting all "tough" -yet petulant. The new leader is trying to act like talk softly and carry a big stick (gun) but the writing just illuminates who soft spoken and inefficient she would be if this were a true unit.Season 3 just keeps getting worse - each episode...Enjoy the first 2 - I did!
