What makes it different from others?
good back-story, and good acting
A bit overrated, but still an amazing film
Each character in this movie — down to the smallest one — is an individual rather than a type, prone to spontaneous changes of mood and sometimes amusing outbursts of pettiness or ill humor.

I think the show wanted to rely too much on the names and shows the Avengers, Hill Street Blues and MASH, instead of trying to give these people something else to do.They started out unscrupulous enough. All of them seemed to be, save for Dugan, who was supposed to be the Gary Sandy on WKRP in Cincinnati of the bunch.I think the first time we see Winter (Col. Flagg from MASH) he and his secretary are shredding lots and lots of documents. It was funny.Either it just wasn't the right time for such a show or the show itself didn't get a good timeslot (happens all the time) or the network didn't commit to the show as they should have (happens all the time). It would be fun to see again.I think it would be a very strong eighties staple.
