What makes it different from others?

    SincereFinest

    disgusting, overrated, pointless

    Dynamixor

The performances transcend the film's tropes, grounding it in characters that feel more complete than this subgenre often produces.

If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.

When I just started watching GO ON, I gave 9 on IMDb, but after several series I increased the score cause this movie is really awesome. Just watch it and have a real fun folks. At the beginning u will for sure think that Matthew Perry and Laura Benanti going to be together, but u never know what will happen in this serial. Each series is interesting, as scenario is great and speech is fantastic. Every phrase is worked out carefully so that u will watch the series after u finish them again, trust me. I am planning to watch it again in a near future, say next week :) I just love this serial, I'm not kind of sentimental person. Great work, this is an art really to make such movie. I like it, watch it guys and u'll be happy spending 21 minutes on a series, as was me, I guarantee.

This show really is a keeper! It's radically different from the hysterical sitcoms we've grown accustomed to and that's great. It doesn't have canned laughs, or some of the usual formulaic episodes that you see in every comedy show from the 80s onwards. Instead, it relies on quirky humor and interesting characters to make you laugh. If I had to compare it to another show, i would say it most resembles Scrubs, but without the melancholic parts. Anyway, the show is cool and i hope they renew it. I give it a 9/10 because it makes me that much happier every time I watch it. Do yourselves a favor and check it out.

A show about a group of people going to therapy because they lost someone or something. The idea seems familiar and I don't think this will last long. I mean, do you see all of these people going to therapy for longer than 1 season? Matthew Perry makes it better and he is quite funny. Also the guy who plays Steven can have his moments. But still, I won't be surprised if it gets canceled at the end of this season. Maybe it will run for one more season, maybe not.The gay guy is annoying. The lesbian woman has some funny insults and comebacks.Sometimes I wonder if the woman who plays Fausta really acts or is just herself.Larry is quite funny too, good actor.

I don't know if I've seen a show better than "Go On" or not; probably. But this is awesome, beautifully played, Great Directing and characters and a simple subject, a widower. You can see all episodes at once and feel not satisfied, so you have to see them again and again. I don't think seeing all the episodes again and again is a waste of time because every-time you see them you can find some details you may not mentioned before and it's all about life and humanity. There are more to notify like how the director can use the Matthew Perry's Talent for humor to attract more people to the show. We saw his talent to joking and be funny in "Friends" and here we are again with his best work even better than "Friends"; or we can see the "Laura Benanti" play falling for Perry (in the show) and not accept it and so on. So if you think Perry's not funny I think you didn't see the show. I simply can't wait one week to see the episodes so please make it sooner.
