    Just perfect...

When a movie has you begging for it to end not even half way through it's pure crap. We've all seen this movie and this characters millions of times, nothing new in it. Don't waste your time.

It’s not bad or unwatchable but despite the amplitude of the spectacle, the end result is underwhelming.

Did I just watch the best ever series ever? Arguably yes! How does a comedy show get to this level of cinematic quality so it can be compared with modern marvels of storytelling such as Fargo, Better Call Saul, Silicon Valley or Twin Peaks: The Return? It's unique blend is dirty, raw, delightfully surreal, honest, touching and truly hilarious. I never would have guessed Louis had this kind of talent in him. It's so surreal that while watching I had to check if David Lynch was part of the production. No wonder he agreed for the cameo, he must be a big fan!For this series alone Louis C.K. shall be remembered as THE comedy genius of our time and not only for his killer standup specials. Mad kudos, Louie, I will forever love you for this! The horrible downside all this is that there's only 61 episodes so let's all cross our fingers and hope Louie will return for another episode of few! Or at least another standup special..

Wow! I just accidentally stumbled onto this show the other night and binged a few episodes to find that it is really good... like, REALLY good.Funny, well-scripted and I can't wait to watch the whole thing from episode 1.

At first it looked a bit muddy, but when I looked closer I saw a sparkling gem. So different to the usual comedy formula, but so real, so human, so "from the heart", so good for the soul that you wonder why not more TV shows take those roads. After watching Louie I feel grounded and elevated at the same time. You have to watch at least two episodes, the pilot was the weakest of the six episodes I have watched so far. It gets better every episode, or maybe it is just me tuning in easier each episode. It feels a bit like when I discovered Woody Allen in my teenage days back in the 70s. So bad we have nothing like this in Germany.

Over thinking this show is the hidden gem behind this show, that's if you watch his amazing stand comedy you understand where he stands as a comedian. after being a fan of that for a while and watching that show i think too deeply into the segments and i hope that's a hidden message in the show and the point of the show that their is a causal audience who can appreciate Louis CK and can get on his wave link.but in saying that their is a massive gain or even more for anyone who is deeply into Louis CK's stand up comedy. you feel a deeper thought pattern into every joke and segment of the show. which alone has made this TV show even more enjoyable. I've re-watched episodes that didn't make complete sense to me straight away over again and some of them have a lot more deeper thought.Like the episode in Season 2 ep9 that episode feature a guy who many fans of Louis CK's comedy love in Doug Stanhope and that episode felt like a legit interaction between friends who have been on the comedy circuit for years and one of them is just as good just not as successful and that feeling came to me. its almost contrasting styles and its almost Louie CK respecting Doug Stanhope by putting him in the episode and telling his story through his hit show.
